At Tivrah, we aim to deliver your sarees and ethnic wear safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed successfully, we begin processing it as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Any COD charges, delivery charges, or handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, where available.

You can use the tracking link or tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct before placing the order. Tivrah will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed Delivery or Unavailable Customer

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses delivery, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests delivery again.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may require verification before dispatch. Tivrah reserves the right to cancel COD orders if verification is incomplete or if previous COD orders were refused by the customer.

Delays in Shipping

While we try our best to deliver orders on time, delays may happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, strikes, natural events, or other situations beyond our control.

Tivrah will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external circumstances, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues wherever possible.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately with photos or videos of the package.

International Shipping

Currently, Tivrah may offer shipping only within selected serviceable locations. International shipping availability, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or announced on our website.
