At Tivrah, we take great care in delivering beautiful sarees and ethnic wear to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Customers can request a return only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, certain products are not eligible for return.
Exchange is applicable only if the customer receives a wrong, damaged, or defective product. Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process.
Exchange requests made for personal preference, color difference, size issue, or change of mind may not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection. Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share your order number, registered email or phone number, product images, and an unboxing video for quick assistance.
Return or refund requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product, Tivrah may arrange pickup or guide the customer with return shipping instructions.
If the return is rejected during quality inspection, the product may be sent back to the customer.
All return, exchange, and refund approvals are subject to Tivrah’s quality inspection and verification process. Tivrah reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
